Our Residency Program invites applications from the following university freshers (Graduate/Post-Graduate) only:

Program Highlights

World-Class Training

Our training develops technical fundamentals, communication, and leadership skills.

You’ll learn from some of the best in the business and participate in project-based learning with your cohort. Role rotations provide you with the on-the-job training where you’ll work on a range of projects, such as building tools to automate and scale business processes, coming up with different Boolean products to create custom solutions, and providing data driven insights to our internal sales and product teams.

The Residency Program will aim to recruit both more experienced users and novice users -- by having a mixture of backgrounds (both in terms of lived experiences and work experiences) working together, we will provide a nurturing environment where they can both learn more about Boolean, best business practices, and develop new skills, while at the same time enabling them to contribute.

Applications can be made only through your university, a circular will be isued to your respective universities when we roll out our recruitment drive. You will receive the application link via mail from your university official.

This is a 12 month full-time, residency program designed to hone residents’ technical and business skills and offer mentorship opportunities. Residents attend a short training period followed by rotations on different projects related to their field of study.

We are searching for a diverse range of freshers with unique perspectives, who want to see their work have an impact in the real world. We are looking for candidates who have experience and expertise for roles within one of our 6 interest areas; Platform Engineering, Financial Engneering, Social Computing, Social Psychology, Digital Journalism & Development Studies.

The residency program offers benefits designed to give you a world-class experience. You will receive competitive pay and custom training from top researchers and senior employees. Residents are eligible for most benefits, including medical. Residents are not eligible to receive ESOPs, annual bonuses, or merit increases.

The Residency Program is based at our Noida HQ. Residents will be expected to work on-site at their allocated office, there is no provision for working remotely. Also, you cannot be enrolled as a student at a university during the Residency.

As a resident, you will experience an open-door environment designed to encourage you to set up a meeting with anyone at Boolean. We encourage you to explore all areas of Boolean while here and network through the company as desired. You will have the opportunity to be assigned a mentor who will be available to you as you work through your professional growth and project milestones. Bottom line, we want you to feel supported while you are here with us!

There are no conversions or full time roles associated with the program but Residents are welcome to interview for full-time positions across Boolean after the program.
